  • Palawan - Palawan Irrigation Management Office (PIMO) held the Mabuhay Program on January 13, 2023, led by Division Manager Engr. Fidel P. Martinez at Malatgao Batang-Batang River Irrigation System’s (MBBRIS) office, to honor and recognize retired public servants for their loyalty and dedication to public service.

  • Quezon City - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes meets with Marinduque Lone District Representative Hon. Lord Allan Jay Q. Velasco at the House of Representatives in Quezon City. With them are NIA MOMARO IMO Division Manager Gerardo R. Perez and Marinduque Provincial Irrigation Officer-in-Charge Daniel Angelo M. Malabanan. The group discussed and consulted the prioritization of irrigation projects for FY 2024 in their province.

  • Oriental Mindoro - As part of his regular field visitations, NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes inspects the Bangkatan Communal Irrigation System with service area of 200 hectares with 67 farmer beneficiaries. With him are MOMARO IMO personnel: Engr. Daniel Angelo M. Malabanan, Engr. Junar C. Veloso and Engr. Elynah M. Mistiola. He also visited the main source of Mayabig CIS with service area of 130 hectares and 143 farmer beneficiaries including the proposed extension area of the said irrigation system.#AVGB, Regional Office

  • Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronie Cervantes and employees welcome the year with NIA Gratitude Wall. The activity is conducted to express their gratitude to the beloved NIA for the great things that the Agency has contributed to them.

    With the theme “NIA para sa Progresibong Pilipinas”, the gratitude wall is composed of five colors symbolizing various aspects: Blue for salary and benefits, Red for love and romance, Yellow for friendship and connections, Green for opportunities and experiences and Orange for Honor and Recognition.

  • Coron, Palawan - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio Cervantes leads the Strategic Planning and Workshop for CY 2023 at Coron, Palawan. The three-day activity aims to provide a roadmap to align the organization's activities to achieve its targets. Moreover, this strategic planning process aims to raise the employees' level of awareness on NIA's goals and what actions they can take to help achieve them.

    Acting Regional Manager Cervantes emphasizes that the support and cooperation of all employees are needed to attain NIA MIMAROPA's commitments.

  • Oriental Mindoro - National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Executive and Officer-in-Charge and Senior Deputy Administrator Atty. Eryl Royce R. Nagtalon leads the Irrigators Association (IA) Congress in Oriental Mindoro on December 8, 2022 at Parang Beach Resort, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.

  • Palawan - The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Palawan Irrigation Management Office (PIMO) headed by Division Manager Engr. Fidel P. Martinez conducted the 6th tree planting activity of fruit-bearing trees on November 5, 2022, along the periphery of the Ibato-Iraan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP) in Aborlan since 2012. The NIA, Irrigators Association (IA), Tagbanua Indigenous Peoples (IPs), and Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) all participated in this activity.

  • Oriental Mindoro - The Oriental Mindoro Irrigators Association Review and Planning Workshop was sucessfully carried out by NIA MOMARO IMO. Present during the activity were Engr. Lowell L. Lozano, EOD Division Manager, Engr. Gerardo R. Perez, NIA MOMARO IMO Division Manager, Engr. Bienvenido S. Anterola, Principal Engineer A and Engr. Daniel Angelo M. Malabanan, Senior Engineer A and IA Presidents and Officers of Irrigators Associations in Oriental Mindoro.

  • Today, November 14, 2022 marks the first visit of the NIA MIMAROPA Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes in NIA Occidental Mindoro, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. RM Cervantes joined OMIMO employees headed by Acting Division Manager, Engr. Maria Victoria O. Malenab in flag raising ceremony from which she reminded everyone of the office’s commitments especially the submission of Program of Works. She was looking forward that the visit of RM Cervantes to OMIMO and its field offices will draw positive remarks as to the cleanliness of irrigation canal and water.

  • Palawan - Relative to the directives of the Action Man of NIA, Administrator Benny D. Antiporda, NIA MIMAROPA Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes immediately inspects irrigation projects in Palawan during his visit on October 21, 2022. With him are Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L.
