Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronie Cervantes and employees welcome the year with NIA Gratitude Wall. The activity is conducted to express their gratitude to the beloved NIA for the great things that the Agency has contributed to them.
With the theme “NIA para sa Progresibong Pilipinas”, the gratitude wall is composed of five colors symbolizing various aspects: Blue for salary and benefits, Red for love and romance, Yellow for friendship and connections, Green for opportunities and experiences and Orange for Honor and Recognition.
“This Gratitude Wall will be our inspiration that despite the various colors, we are still one and we are united in providing efficient and effective irrigation services to our Filipino farmers; thus, NIA para sa Progresibong Pilipinas.” Stated Acting Regional Manager Cervantes in his inspirational message.
Further, he said that he is thankful for the salary and benefits which help with his family’s daily living expenses and in return, he does his part as a government employee and as a NIAn. He ensures that his targets are met and that he exhibits excellent performance which he hopes for all employees.
"I hope that we will welcome more years together." emphasized the Acting Regional Manager.
Present also during the activity were Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano, Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron, MOMARO IMO Division Manager Gerardo R. Perez and employees of Regional Office and MOMARO IMO. Occidental Mindoro IMO and Palawan IMO also joined the activity in their respective offices./AVGB
