Cervantes led the ceremonial turnover of the P19.6 million Sigange Small Irrigation Project (SIP) in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro on June 29, 2023.

Oriental Mindoro - To provide sufficient irrigation water supply to the farmers in the region amidst El Niño phenomenon, NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes inspects and monitors the repair of Cambunang Communal Irrigation System in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro during his field visit on June 28, 2023.
Acting Regional Manager Cervantes advised the contractor to finish the said project until July 15, 2023 to start irrigating the 172.96 hectares of farmland of the 80 beneficiaries in the municipality.
