NIA MIMAROPA Conducts Orientation on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards

Occidental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes conducts the Orientation on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards at NIA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. The activity aims to provide guidance and orient the Human Resource personnel in formulating new policies relative to employees' welfare particularly occupational safety and health standards. Moreover, this activity aims to orient the NIA MIMAROPA Region Occupational Safety and Health Committee.

"Occupational safety and health is not an isolated but collective responsibility," said Acting Regional Manager Cervantes during his message in the activity. He further said that the OSH committee and HR personnel should know the safety protocols, guidelines and other policies in place to ensure the safety of the employees and stakeholders.

Resident Engineer of the NIA MIMAROPA Regional Office Arnold M. Mascareñas is the resource speaker in the said activity.

Present also during the activity are Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano and Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron.
