NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO attends in the Physical/Land Use Development Committee (P/LUDC) 1st Semester Meeting

Occidental MIndoro - The Provincial Developmental Council (PDC) – Physical/Land Use Development Committee (P/LUDC) conducted its First Semester Meeting last March 15, 2023, at the Provincial Training Center, Capitol Compound, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. Engr. Maria Victoria O. Malenab, the Acting Division Manager of NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO, attended the meeting and presented the agency’s proposed Program, Projects and Activities (PPAs) for CY 2024.

Quezon CIty - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes and Operations Supervising Engineer Edgard Laurenz M. Geronimo attend the Cluster-Wide Meeting on Rice Industry Development (Luzon B Cluster) at the Department of Agriculture Central Office, Elliptical Road, Quezon City on March 31, 2023.

The conduct of the event is to discuss the situation, issues, and strategies in the complete rice value chain to realize the goal of increasing farm productivity and farmer’s income.

Occidental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes leads the 1st Quarter CY 2023 Performance Review of Physical and Financial Accomplishment on March 27, 2023 at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. The three-day activity aims to closely monitor the status of physical and financial accomplishment of ongoing and carryover projects and to ensure the unhampered delivery of services to all farmers and other stakeholders.

NIA OCCIDENTAL MINDORO IMO CONDUCTED GENDER FAIR LANGUAGE SEMINAR IN CELEBRATION FOR NATIONAL WOMEN’S MONTH

Occidental Mindoro -  In Celebration of the National Women’s Month, Occidental Mindoro IMO conducted a seminar on Gender Fair Language last March 15, 2023 at the NIA – Training Center, which was attended by Occidental Mindoro IMO officials and staff. The said seminar aims to reduce gender stereotyping and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
