Oriental Mindoro - To mitigate the possible effects of El Niño, NIA MIMAROPA headed by Engr. Ronilio M. Cervantes, convenes the technical personnel on May 8, 2023 at Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Conference Room, Bayanan II, Calapan City through online platform.

Oriental Mindoro - As part of the NIA MIMAROPA 12th Anniversary, the agency headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes distributed packed goods to the families of the fisherfolks affected by oil spill on April 28, 2023.

Over 131 families in Barangay Zone 1, Pola, Oriental Mindoro were very much thankful for the relief goods handed over to them.

Oriental Mindoro -  With the theme “NIA MIMAROPA: 12 Taong Serbisyong Handog sa Progresibong Pagsasaka”, NIA MIMAROPA celebrated its 12th Anniversary led by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes on April 27-28, 2023. The agency conducted various activities like thanksgiving mass, parade, opening of sports tournament, singing contest, beauty pageant and community service program. Employees of Regional Office with Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano and Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M.

Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA, with the support of Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, conducts the Basic Life Support Training in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards for the Public Sector at NIA Training Center, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. The two-day activity aims to train the selected employees in providing life-saving techniques as an initial response in the event of medical and disaster emergencies.
