NIA MIMAROPA CONDUCTS MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW

NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronie Cervantes leads the Monthly Performance Review at the NIA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City. The two-day activity aims to closely monitor the status of the physical and financial accomplishment of ongoing and carry-over projects and to ensure the unhampered delivery of services to all farmer-beneficiaries and other stakeholders of NIA. Moreover, this activity aims to help the agency in monitoring the progress of the irrigation development within the locality, which is a significant indicator of the overall performance of NIA MIMAROPA.

NIA PALAWAN IMO PUSHES CAMPAIGN ON FREE IRRIGATION AND CONDONATION OF ISF FOR IAs OF NIS, CIS IN THE PROVINCE

Palawan - To reduce the financial burden of small-scale farmers related to irrigation, the NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office (PIMO), headed by Division Manager Engr. Fidel P. Martinez, is continuing its efforts to make irrigation services free to farmers with the land of 8 hectares and below by conducting a campaign for free irrigation and condonation of unpaid Irrigation Service Fee (ISF) for farmers of the National Irrigation System.

Palawan IMO begins the New Year inspecting Multi-Million Irrigation Project in Aborlan

Aborlan, Palawan -  To begin the new year at a great pace, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Palawan Irrigation Management Office (PIMO), Division Manager Engr. Fidel P. Martinez has begun his routine inspection of the ongoing construction of the 886 million Ibato-Iraan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP) located in Aborlan on January 24, 2023, with a commitment of providing efficient irrigation services to the local farmers in town.

Palawan IMO Manager inspects project at Batang-Batang RIS in Narra

Narra, Palawan -  In an effort to strengthen food security and increase agricultural output in the municipality of Narra, Palawan IMO Division Manager Fidel P. Martinez inspected the package II irrigation project of the Batang-Batang River Irrigation System (RIS) on January 24, 2023, to ensure ongoing construction of this project meets safety and quality standards.
