Occidental Mindoro - In Celebration of the National Women’s Month, Occidental Mindoro IMO conducted a seminar on Gender Fair Language last March 15, 2023 at the NIA – Training Center, which was attended by Occidental Mindoro IMO officials and staff. The said seminar aims to reduce gender stereotyping and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
The Director for Gender and Development at Occidental Mindoro State College, Dr. Nimfa D. Pastrana, also the Resource Speaker, emphasized the importance of fairness in addressing both men and women in our society, which promotes equality.
