Cervantes, and the supervision of Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO) Division Manager Engr. Raymundo L. Calusin, a joint inspection involving representatives from NIA, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (PARCCOM), and Irrigators Association (IA) was carried out on the completed CY 2023 PATASS Solar Pump Irrigation Project in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro.
