Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro- To conclude the two-day Strategic Planning activity, NIA MIMAROPA officials sign the pledge of commitment for CY 2025. The ceremonial signing signifies the direction and work plan of the three Irrigation Management Offices (IMOs) that will serve as their guide in accomplishing the targets for the year, as stated in the Office/Division Performance Commitment Review (OPCR/DPCR).
During the said activity, the NIA MIMAROPA Top Management provided guidance and instructions to the IMOs. It is also noted that various concerns and issues encountered on the previous year were discussed and addressed to ensure that there will be improvement in agency performance.
Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes emphasizes that the said commitment should be followed and implemented.
