Palawan - The Paradise Teleng Farmers Irrigators Association (FIA) of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MIMAROPA-Palawan Irrigation Management Office Malatgao Batang Batang River Irrigation System (MBBRIS) has been honored with the prestigious Outstanding IA Award from the Provincial Government of Palawan for their exceptional performance and significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector in the province.
