Oriental Mindoro - The NIA MOMARO IMO, led by Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Acting Division Manager Engr. Maria Victoria O. Malenab, is actively distributing farm inputs such as fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, and molluscicides to Irrigatorms’ Associations. This initiative supports Administrator Engr. Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen’s Rice Contract Farming Scheme.
The associations benefiting from this support include Samahang Magpapatubig ng Bayanan 2 Irrigators’ Association, Inc., Pakyas Duongan Leido Irrigators Association, Inc., Sumviltad Irrigators Association, Inc., Aklejo Irrigators Association, Horn Creek Irrigators and Farmers Association Inc., and Aurora Naujan Oriental Mindoro Irrigators Association.
IDP Implementers, laborers, survey aides, and ditch tenders are working together to speed up the distribution of these essential farm inputs.
