Oriental Mindoro - As part of the agency’s efforts to create a more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric public service sector, NIA MIMAROPA headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes conducts Seminar on Government Service Delivery Excellence: Republic Act No. 11032 on September 15, 2023 at NIA-IA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro through video conferencing.
In order to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of the agency, this activity intends to equip staff with effective communication skills in providing government services as well as knowledge of the salient features of the Ease of Doing Business Act or Republic Act No. 11032.
“..challenge din para sa ating lahat na mas maging maagap tayo, unahan na po nating gawin nang maayos at tama ang ating mga trabaho, 'wag na po nating intayin pang may magreklamo sa atin. As your Regional Manager, I am challenging you to always do your best in serving the public. Do your best so our clients will be the happiest,” Acting Regional Manager Cervantes said during the activity.
Director III Atty. Ariel V. Villanueva from the Civil Service Commission is the activity's invited resource speaker.
Present also in the said activity are Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano and Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron and Regional Office personnel.
Meanwhile, personnel of Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) Irrigation Management Office (IMO) headed by Division Manager Gerardo R. Perez, Occidental Mindoro IMO personnel headed by Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin and Palawan IMO personnel headed by Division Manager Armando L. Flores also join in a separate virtual platform.
