NIA MIMAROPA conducts Performance Review of Physical and Financial Accomplishment

Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro - Spearheaded by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, NIA MIMAROPA conducts Performance Review of Physical and Financial Accomplishment as of July 15, 2023 at the NIA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City. The two-day activity aims to closely monitor and review the status of physical and financial accomplishment of NIA MIMAROPA of ongoing and carryover projects versus the targeted accomplishment and ensure the completion within the scheduled contract duration. Moreover, this activity aims to monitor the status of operation and maintenance of all irrigation systems, convergence projects with different government agencies and the possible effects of El Niño. © PDCS/JJTM

Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron inspires the employees in her welcome remarks through a  quote, “Set a goal so big that you can’t achieve it until you grow into the kind of person who can,” -anonymous as she reminded them to walk for an extra mile to help the regionwide accomplishments of the "SMART" targets set on the IPCRs and DPCRs. Utilize the support system with goal congruence. “Tingnan natin kung sa’n tayo magfi-fit sa big picture,” she added.

Acting Regional Manager Cervantes further emphasizes the importance of the conduct of the said performance review to expedite the physical and financial accomplishment of the region. He also ensured that all the issues and concerns to be raised by the Irrigation Management Offices (IMOs) personnel would be addressed accordingly in the Regional Office.

Present also during the activity are Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano, Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) IMO Division Manager Gerardo R. Perez, Occidental Mindoro IMO Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin, Palawan IMO Division Manager Armando L. Flores and key personnel of the Regional Office and three IMOs.
