Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro - Under the theme "Dugong Alay, Dugtong Buhay," the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) Irrigation Management Office (IMO), led by Division Manager Engr. Maria Victoria O. Malenab, actively participated in a blood donation drive on March 25, 2025, at the NIA Training Center, Bayanan II.
The initiative was spearheaded by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Mindoro Oriental Chapter, aiming to promote voluntary blood donation and help save lives. Chief Administrator Guada Fe S. De Leon provided a brief orientation, guiding participants through the step-by-step procedures and requirements for becoming qualified blood donors.
The activity showcased the commitment of NIA MOMARO IMO employees to humanitarian service, reinforcing the spirit of bayanihan in ensuring a sufficient blood supply for those in need.
