Calapan CIty, Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA, under the guidance of Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes and the supervision of Administrative and Finance Division (AFD) Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron, conducts the AFD CY 2023 Year-End Forum Cum Planning for CY 2024 at the NIA-IA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
Acting Regional Manager Cervantes unveiled a special meaning for AFD as a token of appreciation for their performance during his message at the activity, stating, “A stands for achievers—a commitment to achieving excellence; F stands for fortifiers—providing support to attain objectives; and D stands for dynamics—being adaptable to changes and resilient.” He further encouraged the employees to work hand in hand to better serve the agency.
Moreover, AFD Manager Hernandez-Aceron has encouraged employees to strategize their accomplishments for CY 2024, aiming to enhance their performance and contribute towards achieving the agency’s goals.
Said activity aims to review and evaluate the performance of the Administrative and Finance Sector for the third quarter of CY 2023, identify any remaining commitments to be accomplished by the end of the year, strategize actions to meet these commitments by December 31, 2023, and outline the Calendar of Activities for CY 2024.
