Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro - “Mahalaga na mayro’n tayong vision, mission and strategies for the year to make sure we’ll accomplish our targets within the timeline,” says NIA MIMAROPA Regional Manager Engr. Ronilio M. Cervantes during the Strategic Planning Workshop being conducted today at the NIA Training Center, Bayanan II.
This workshop aims to develop a comprehensive work plan for 2025 that will guide the agency in achieving its goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.
This two-day activity also aims to promote collaboration and alignment among NIA MIMAROPA employees toward the achievement of common objectives outlined in the strategic plan. The plan will detail critical activities and incorporate measurable performance indicators, guiding decision-making and enabling the agency to effectively address challenges and improve irrigation service efficiency in the region.
Present also are other NIA MIMAROPA officials, including Engineering and Operations Division Manager Engr. Lowell L. Lozano, Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron, Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Division Manager Engr. Maria Victoria O. Malenab, Occidental Mindoro IMO Division Manager Engr. Raymundo L. Calusin, and Palawan IMO Division Manager Engr. Armando L. Flores, and key personnel from the Regional Office and the three IMOs.
