Relayson, and working alongside Ms. Relayson was Mr. Joel Malabanan, Officer-In-Charge of the Provincial Fisheries Office Marinduque, contributing his expertise to the strategic planning process.

In Occidental Mindoro, NIA Administrator Eddie G. Guillen led a crucial meeting with municipal leaders, including Sablayan's Mayor Walter B. Marquez, to discuss irrigation projects. Accompanied by key officials, they aimed to enhance collaboration and streamline efforts. Administrator Guillen shared the sabo dam concept and benefits.

Also present were NIA MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin, and a DPWH representative, highlighting collaboration.
