Occidental Mindoro - In line with the unwavering commitment of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) to uplift the lives of farmers, the Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO) conducted a transformative training on Agribusiness for members of the Irrigators' Association (IA) under the Lumintao River Irrigation System (RIS) on October 11, 2023, at NIA sub-office in Rizal.
