    Occidental Mindoro - Supported by National Irrigation Administration (NIA) – MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, the NIA - Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO), under the stewardship of Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin, successfully conducted the pre-construction meeting for the Baluguhan Small Irrigation Project (SIP) held at Brgy. Baluguhan, Abra De Ilog last September 12, 2023. The said meeting was attended by the contractor and Irrigators Association (IA) Federation of Baluguhan SIP.
