  • San Jose, Occidental Mindoro - The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes and Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO) - Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin led the successful launch of KADIWA ng Pangulo program at the NIA Compound in San Jose today, October 17, 2023. This is in collaboration of OMIMO Institutional Development Unit headed by Edwin V. Arevalo with the National Irrigation System (NIS) – Communal Irrigation System (CIS) Provincial Federation of Irrigators' Association (IA).

  • Puerto Princesa City - The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MIMAROPA, Palawan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) conducted a seminar-workshop on Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) training for Operation and Technical Personnel. The event aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff in promoting gender equality and mainstreaming gender perspectives in the agency’s projects and programs.

  • El Nido , Palawan - Led by National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Office-In-Charge (OIC) Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations Sector Engr. Josephine B. Salazar with the support of NIA Administrator Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen, the NIA MIMAROPA under the leadership of Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes and Palawan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) headed by Division Manager Armando L. Flores launched the Kadiwa ng Pangulo (KNP) on October 11-12 in El Nido, Palawan.

  • Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro - To fast track the process of titling of NIA real properties and formulate the Agency Asset Management Plan (AAMP) for the region, NIA MIMAROPA headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes conducts a 2-day Workshop at NIA-IA Training Center in Bayanan II, Calapan City.

    This activity also serves as a platform to identify and address the challenges that cause delays or hinder the efficient documentation and titling of certain or most real properties.

  • Puerto Princesa City, Palawan -  October 12, 2023 - National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MIMAROPA Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, along with Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano and Palawan IMO Division Manager Armando L. Flores conducted inspection of the ongoing repair of the diversion dam at Inagawan Communal Irrigation System (CIS). This development is aimed to restore and enhance infrastructure to provide continuous and uninterrupted irrigation services to 240 hectares of farmland.

  • Occidental Mindoro - In line with the unwavering commitment of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) to uplift the lives of farmers, the Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO) conducted a transformative training on Agribusiness for members of the Irrigators' Association (IA) under the Lumintao River Irrigation System (RIS) on October 11, 2023, at NIA sub-office in Rizal. Sitio Payompon Ramos Estate IA, Matabiaga Malawaan IA, and Malawaan 4th Intake Farmers IA were among the participants who attended the seminar.

  • Palawan - Mrs. Gutierrez and Mr. Tom Reagan Ortega, residents of Villa Libertad, El Nido, expressed their appreciation for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr's Kadiwa program during its launch on October 11, 2023, in Villa Libertad, El Nido, Palawan. They highlighted how it benefits them as consumers and how it contributes to improving the lives of farmers.

  • Palawan - With the support of the NIA MIMAROPA Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, Palawan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Division Manager Armando L. Flores participated in the agency’s Constructors Performance Evaluation System (CPES) for Civil Works Contracts in Palawan.
