Palawan - Palawan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Division Manager Armando L. Flores upholds transparency with its stakeholders through continuous conduct of monthly coordination meetings for the ongoing construction of the Ibato-Iraan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP) in Aborlan.
This movement builds trust and strengthens relationship between the agency and its stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and timely completion of the 886 million irrigation project.
The coordination meeting was attended by Palawan IMO personnel, Resident Engineer of Ibato Iraan SRIP, Engineers of Green Asia Development Corp, and key stakeholders including Ibato Iraan Farmers Irrigators Association (IA), officials and representatives of Aborlan Local Government Unit (LGU), Barangay Captains of Sagpangan, Iraan, and Isaub, representatives from Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs), and Indigenous Peoples (IPs).
In his remarks, Division Manager Flores emphasized the agency's unwavering commitment to transparency in the development of irrigation projects in town and dedication to improve agricultural productivity and food security in the province.
