NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO Joins NIA MIMAROPA in Recognizing Loyalty Awardees

San Jose, Occidental Mindoro - On August 1, 2023, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office (OMIMO) joined NIA MIMAROPA in giving the loyalty award to selected employees at NIA Training Center, San Jose. The loyalty award program is part of NIA’s initiative to honor employees who have displayed unwavering loyalty and dedicated service to the agency over the years.

Among the recipients of the award were three employees who have faithfully served NIA for over four decades. Division Manager Raymundo L. Calusin, Property Officer Lina M. Vidal, and Supervising Engineer Delia F. Abaño were recognized for their remarkable contributions and dedication to the agency’s mission and objective. 

During the ceremony, Division Manager Calusin expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the agency and shared an inspiring story about his journey and the challenges he overcame throughout his career. His speech resonated with fellow employees, highlighting the values of perseverance and dedication.

In addition to the loyalty award ceremony, the event also marked the oath-taking of three newly appointed employees for NIA-OMIMO. Maechelle Ann V. Hermoso, who took the oath as Data Encoder, and Niño D. Campos and Randolf Gervacio, who were appointed as Engineer A.

Present also during the ceremony were Senior Engineer Emelito V. Urriquia, Industrial Relations Management Development Officer C (IRM D/O C) Rowena P. Garillo, Administrative Services Chief C Emelyn A. Camus, and NIA-OMIMO employees.
