Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA, headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, conducts a Workshop on Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Preparation for FY 2025 on November 23, 2023, at the NIA-IA Training Center in Bayanan II, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
To fully maximize the budgetary allocations set by the DBM, the Central Office requires all Regional and Project Management Offices to submit their proposed COB for the fiscal year 2025. This is done by organizing and consolidating all agency expenditures. A comprehensive review and evaluation of the proposed budget will be carried out through a one-day budget hearing.
Present during the activity are Section Chiefs, Unit Heads, and key personnel from the Regional Office and Mindoro Oriental-Marinduque-Romblon (MOMARO) Irrigation Management Office (IMO). Occidental Mindoro IMO and Palawan IMO key personnel also participate in the activity virtually.
