Oriental MIndoro - In celebration of the National Women’s Month, NIA MIMAROPA, headed by Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes, Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano and Administrative and Finance Division Manager Kirsty Caroline M. Hernandez-Aceron, conducts the Training on Sex-Disaggregated Data and Gender Statistics & the Establishment of GAD Database on March 24, 2023.
“If we establish a GAD database, we can easily identify the true needs of our male and female employees and the necessary solution to address the problem and close the gaps. I hope that with this training, we will be able to provide and promote more gender-mainstreaming activities not just to our employees, but also to our clients,” Acting Regional Manager Cervantes’ message in the conducted activity.
Ms. Josephine Gabrial-Banaag, Member of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) National GAD Resource Pool, serves as the Resource Person for the said activity.
