Oriental Mindoro - NIA MIMAROPA with the support of Acting Regional Manager Ronilio M. Cervantes conducted the Finance Quarterly Coordination Conference on July 13, 2023 at NIA-IA Training Center, Bayanan II, Calapan City.
Engineering and Operations Division Manager Lowell L. Lozano in behalf of Acting Regional Manager Cervantes emphasized that there should have a close coordination between and among the employees of engineering, operations, administrative and finance to address the gaps between existing projects, activities and procurement.
AFD Manager Hernandez-Aceron further explained the role of the Section Chiefs and Unit Heads in assessing the individual performance of the employees to provide them interventions to capacitate them in order for the commitments of the office be done.
This activity aims to facilitate effective, informed and timely monitoring of Financial Status and initiate a systematic approach on the procurement process in the whole region through coordination to all sections involved. Moreover, this activity will further discuss and review the Individual and Division Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR/ DPCR) Target of the Administrative and Finance Division. /©Finance Section
