- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review the annual current operating budget proposal of the region; monitors, evaluates and controls the implementation of the approved budget;
- Prepare request for the release of sub-allotment advice and cash to Central Office and the release by the region to field offices for fund 501 Current Operating Budget;
- Evaluate the financial status on income and expenses of the region, prepare periodic reports as required;
- Monitor and submit monthly report on due and demandable of field offices;
- Monitor and control ASA and cash; control the Registry of Allotment and Obligation and Budget Utilization Register;
- Establish and monitor lateral control system for financial obligations pertaining to cash inflow and outflow;
- Conduct regular cash examination of accountable officers;
- Develop and implement strategies and guidelines to ensure effective collection, explores other sources of income and reduce expenses;
- Perform other related functions.

IV. Documentary Requirements:

- Candidate/s found by the PSB to have met the minimum qualification requirements (Item I) and have successfully hurdled the Assessment Process (Item III) will be certified by the PSB as qualified for appointment/promotion to the subject vacancy.
